need e-brake help

need e-brake help

ok... my e-brake is crappin out on me again.. allready been to the dealer once for it.. they relplaced the back brakes and everything and the cr was fine.. but it's got the same problem again.. basically.. the e-brake lever has no resitant at all.. and the car rolls when it's pulled all the way up.. what the hell can i do to fix this problem from coming back? should i go with aftermarket brakes in the back?

If I were you and since its been to the dealer already for this problem thats exactly where it would go again!

hmm.. yea.. but they suck lol.. i guess i could bring my car there.. i just don't know why these cobalt e-brakes suck so much.

Take it to the dealer and leave it there overnight. Get a loaner and beat the **** outta it.

are you using the e-brake for other purposes?
If you are maybe it's pulling it too hard that's ******* it up...


Like an old prostitute, it doesn't re-tighten after a while.. it just stays loose forever... gah what an image.

no.. i don't use it for sliding around corners or anything.. i park on a hill where i work.. maybe it's from that.
