Vibrating Noise!! Safe to take a part Off?

Well My car Constantly vibrates when I am driving around. I know Where the sound is coming from and what but I want to know what is under there and if it is safe to take the part off. Or if there is a fix for it.

here is a picture of what is vibrating. Its Very Loose.

The Aluminum Thing behind the exhaust is loose Very loose. Is it alright to remove it? or should I take it to the dealership and have them fix it?

Forgot to mention that the pic was taken from the "How-To Install Exhaust" Thats why the Flange nut is loose, This is not a picture of the underneath of my vehicle. Simply one for reference.

Why not just tighten the bolts? if it stops the rattle, great, if it doesnt take it to the dealer.

Hum, what about your exhaust bolts too? ones almost falling off. That aluminum thing is a heat dispersing sheild. So its not a good idea to take it off, unless your dealer is less than 5 mins away, even then i wouldnt. They might say you messed with it and therefore its not covered. Anyways, gl.

Do not remove the heat shield. And look at your pictures a little more closely next time.

If anybody can read... he stated that's not his car, he used that pic for illustration purposes only.

And I personally would not remove that pc it's the heat shield and it's there for a reason. It's really think metal and you can bend it so it's not hitting whatever it is to make that noise.

That heatsheild is super thin aluminum, mine came loose and I couldn't get the rivits to hold tight again so I removed it. It's been off over a year now and have had no problem.
