I followed the guidlines that i read on this site and man what a diffrence. I recently got the 3 inch exhaust from altered atmosphere installed so i forgot how good the super charger sounded. Now i can hear it again.. life is great

Sweet dude. See if you are getting more boost, see my thread somewhere close to yours on the list for my experience. Also, how about a nice video clip so we can hear what it sounds like with the intake and exhaust??

 

an intake will not let you make more boost. unless there's something wrong with your previous intake ie: filter was dirty as hell and it couldn't breathe well

 

I think the blower was being starved for air by the stock filter/airbox arrangement. There is no doubt that the boost gage is reading higher (numerically accurate or not) now than before the airbox mod.

 

Ill see if i can get my hands on a camera and get the video.. the most power difference i feel is when it goes from about 5-6400 rpm its really impressive

 

i felt it pretty much everywhere... now anywhere in first gear if you get on it, the tires will just spin. going 20mph is around 4k, stomp on it then and it'll finish off first and go till about 35-40 or so still spinning
