this is except able acording to the dealer.

ok this is the 5th time that the dealer has sent my rims out to ge fixed because of them chipping and peeling. so yesterday the dealer calls me to let me know that the rims are done. so i go there they out the rims on the car i go look at the car and o see this.

so i go back not the dealer and let the service manager know that im not happy with the way the rims came out... so he tells me to come into his office were he begins to yell at me " your an ungreatfull and picky person i told you and gm coustermer service that this is the last time we are going to do the rims so you have to deal with it"

so i go ok listen you come see the rims and then tell me if im being picky or not and if this is except able to live with cuz if you think it is then take these rims and put it on another cobalt and sell it to someone else.

so then he gets them to take the tires back off and gets them to put my winters back on.

like im beyond pissed cuz now this is the 6th time there going to send these in and i still have my winters on.

does anyone know anyone higher up on gm that i can get in contact with cuz this is pissing me off this whole rim thing has been going on for a year now!

bump!

LOL, your not picky at all. Your just like me. My dealer is the same way. It really is crazy the way they act sometimes. They should look at it before opening their mouths about it.

Call 800-221-1020 it's the number to GM's "bitch" line. I had issues with my loan when I bought my cobalt and they would not let me talk to anyone higher up at the dealer so I went straight to Gm headquarters. The dealer then called me afterwards pissed that they had gotten a complaint and that I killed them with ther CSI. They were all like now they are investigating us and ****. I was like good cause your customer service sucks. So give that a try.
