The front of my Yellow cobalt shows bug guts HORRIBLE! Does anyone know of anything that works to remove them besides just old fashion elbow grease? Any help would be greatly appreciated...thanx in advance

elbow grease, maybe some bug and tar remover, clay bar works, no easy way...

Just hard scrubbing works for me. I have the same car and probelm you have, lol.

I just spent about 10 min. rubbing out all the bug guts on mine too. Turtle wax makes a "Bug & Tar" remover that is clear coat safe.

go to an advanced auto parts store and purchase the maguiers clay bar...it comes with spray wax and a bar of clay it is amazing i never heard of it till one of my friends showed it to me and its awesome..let me know if u got ne questions about it

get a bug and tar sponge and then give it a good wax after to make future bug guts easier to remove

once you get em off be sure to wax atleast the front of your car really good and next time their easier to get off

use a fabric softner towel and water.

i have some stuff called bug barrier that works pretty good. im sure u can get it at autozone. u just spray it on and ur done.

I got cheap bug remover and it doesn't work at all, so now I just use goo gone. I guess it works ok... still takes a lot of scrubbing.

Hell yea, that stuff is amazing. Bug guts, bird shit, anything.

Spray Nine works better than anything I have ever used... you can get it at Walmart here and a couple other stores that I am not sure if you guys have in the states.

I just take mine to the car wash, and they come right off...light scrubbing with the brush and then the soap spray and rinse. I know what you mean though....they show up something terrible on the yellow.

Clay bar took all mine off. Then I done the 3 stage wax from Meguiars and it is easy to clean now. I spent about 4 hours on it that day but it has paid off.

Think of all those poor bugs. Someone should tell them to get out the way. big, heavy, fast moving object = splat
