Have you turned COT off completely?

Would the fact that you are running a 2.79" pulley on 42s (I am assuming) be the problem? I thought a 2.9" was pretty much putting the injectors at 100% duty. Just my thoughts on the problem.

they max out but they still get out the fuel they are just working way to hard to do it. Its usually over 100% duty

is this problem persistent throughout the entire rpm range or simply up top...?

I would think this is your problem

your tune down low is probably just off and your tune up top is being compensated richer by COT. Delete COT and get your tune right or just plain old get your tune right

Generally speaking your going to have more load the faster your going ie the higher gears. Meaning a leaner mixture at the top end rather than a richer mixture which is the case here.

depends on how fast you go through the gear, like 1st and 2nd.

you can blast through these. IE a 400 whp honda that spends very very little time in these gears. these gears could be a ton leaner due it having a low load, vs 3rd 4th gear where it finally is able to put a load on the car and get the a/f down

I think what I need to do is put more fuel into the higher rpm lower load.

I still don't know what COT is or how to disable it.

It was leaning out after about 4k.
