Custom 2.4L SS Turbo

I just got done helping a friend (PpAzZ1101) last night installing a medium framed turbocharger on his 2.4L Cobalt. This car is insane is all I can say. Its an automatic and its nothing but wheelspin when in boost regardless of speed. djt81185 and I tuned it using HPTuners alone and it wasn't actually that difficult, the car took very well to tuning for boost.

Vid last night when we rolled it out of the garage...running a tune we came up with without anytime on the road whatsoever...all based off estimates on where I figured everything shoudl be. I'm leaving now to polish the tune but hope you guys enjoy this in the meantime.

Listen closely and you can hear the tires screaming both times he got on the throttle.

what the hell did you do to the intake? Did you manage to use the injen piping between the turbo and the intake manifold?

I like how you routed the intake pipes AROUND the valve cover instead of over top of it like alot of setups.

How much boost are you running? Are you using a boost controller or what?

What octane fuel?

Of course it would work right off the bat, you are a freaking car guru, dont underestimate your own abilities, man, lol

Its actually Cliff Mine road, but its basically an extension of Montour Run. The exit for it is on the parkway west near the airport.

The vid was made at 6am when we finished assembly so brightness is an issue.
