Just need to work on the 60ft times, I think 2.0-2.1's are possible, which should lead to 14.1-14.3's
anything other than a "soft launch" and I was getting some crazy wheel hop. I guess I need to install those torque braces I bought a few months ago :p
I also think with some drag radials, 13.9's are in sight :cssNET:
avro206 10-15-2005, 10:25 AM Impressive! I think you have the best here.
Do you get some axle hop on the 1-2 shift?
jzchev28 10-15-2005, 10:53 AM great driving, i knew someone could do it.... there are those 14.4's weve been waiting for
slobalt 10-15-2005, 10:14 PM nice time, i pulled a 14.4 last week with a 2.1 60', and i think that pretty much as fast as you are going to get, me and another ss owner who is running 14.1's and traping over 100mph believe the 18s are killing us.
MarcS 10-15-2005, 10:29 PM Wow, great times! keep up the good work! :thumb:
MoMo789 10-15-2005, 10:36 PM Werd!
codyss 10-16-2005, 02:00 PM The 18's are a the problem when it comes to traction but the rolling weight isn't affecting anything.
GeoChevyCobalt 10-16-2005, 02:53 PM good time down the 1/4. Do you have any mods done to the SS SC? Or is that stock?

GotBoost? 10-16-2005, 05:08 PM Hey Adam, where did you get the torque braces from??

05_Blue_B10WN_SS 10-24-2005, 11:46 PM Bah, im workin on running your time down... im at a 14.5 & 98 right now with a 2.3 60 Ft.
Stock as Stock can go- right off the show-room floor.
BullDog71ss 10-26-2005, 04:50 PM Impressive times man. I need to race at your track! The best 60' I could cut at my track was a 2.4+ for my 14.699 run. My track really sucks for traction and it's supposed to be a nice track.

its in the titile
05_Blue_B10WN_SS 10-26-2005, 06:43 PM The track i can it on was Milan Dragway, its a really shity track. If i can run the car at Norwalk, im guarenteed at least a 1/4- 1/2 second. Milan = no grip, Norwalk = Awsome sticky surface.
FLCobalt 10-29-2005, 06:08 PM nice times
osmose 11-16-2005, 06:20 PM The 18's are a the problem when it comes to traction but the rolling weight isn't affecting anything.
Put some 16 inch TE37's on there and i guarantee -.2 maybe -.3 off your 1/4 mile times.
