Exhaust Rust Question

So my muffler and pipes (all stock) are completely rusted and its disgusting looking, will the dealer replace this under warranty? If so do you think they will take the diff from the performance exhaust and the stock exhaust and let me pay the difference for the upgrade?

I think he must be near the water(shore) because it shouldn't rust like that in central/north NJ.

The "corrosion warranty" is only applicable to body panels and structural componets.

The particular grade of stainless steel they use for exhaust always gets a surface coating that looks like rust. It might look bad but it won't hurt anything.
