Trip A and B are randomly being reset to 0, this is upsetting.
Anyone else dealt with this?

 

I thought the dealer reset mine and I was pissed because I just bought some new tires and I wanted to see what kind of mileage they were going to give me. I was going to try again because I knew it was about 3000 miles already but it reset again. So yes I have experienced it aswell. Maybe it only goes up to so high, hopefully someone on the site that knows can enlighten us?

 

It only goes so high, I have experienced it too. Not sure where it resets.

 

The trip meters only count up to 1000 miles. If you need to go higher, use your odometer.

 

^^^ yup 1000 miles. i was using one for each trip to the gas station and was gonna use the other between oil changes. but that didn't work out obviously

I wanted Trip A for oil changes and Trip B for mile count on gas.

What the heck is the deal with two trips that go only 1k?

 

Yea they should have made one of them go higher.
