I need your guys help

I have the Ls cobalt and I'm in the process of lowering my car. I finally got my subs put. The only thing about the subs it dims my lights now. two 10's Pheonix gold octanes, with 1000 watt Ma audio amp Mono. My problem now is lowering my car. I took the stock 15" off and put 17" on. Running with 225/45/17 Kumho 711, with a MB Drift wheel Black with a polished lip.with 4-100 with a 30+ off set. All and all cost me about $630 at my cost threw work. My problem is I put the 17" on hopeing it would lower it but raised it 3/4 inch. I'm debating on how much of a drop I should do. I can get Eibach Sportlines for $205 at my cost for a 1.5f 2.0 rear. Should this be enough so I dont have to roll my fenders. Heres a picture.
Yes on the side windows is the cobalt sticker.

You should be ok man. People on here have 20's with Sportlines and subs without rubbing issues, I'm pretty sure you won't have to roll the fenders.

I can get the springs real cheap. I wont have to pay for them down front. My warehouse stocks them and It can be taken out of my pay check weekly to pay them off. I'm thinking about dropping it about 2' with the sportlines. The springs will cost me about $200. I'm just woundering if 2" is going to be enough.
