Ipw Pid ...

It seems that the HPTuner Preset PID for my IPW is wrong, it gives exactly half of the value it's supposed to be.

How to create a custom one, should i be hooked to the car ?

Are you sure about this? Mind posting your scan showing this? Sounds as if your talking about injector duty cycle showing 1/2, which is NOT a pid it is a calculation using several other PID's in said calculation, of what its supposed to be in which case look to see if your logging injector pulse width for bank 2(which you don't have a bank 2) which could cause your injector duty cycle to read the way your saying.

There are a bunch of config files on our forum made specifically for 4 cylinder cobalts so you might want to mosey on over to check some of them out

the pid file that comes with hpt, for the idc side of it is wrong. how ever the Msec readings are correct.

doc posted a file on hpt forums, which is set up right for the idc calculations.

All it takes is deleting the bank 2 pid's in the table display which all show bad data due to the fact that there is no bank 2 on 4 cylinders

Check out the config & histogram repository as there are many config files specific to cobalts already made

Neither worked, I made a custom PID by multilplying the original by 2 (and back check to see if it's right) and now it's working.
