Lordstown LNF Cobalt

Here I go again, stirring the pot! You'd think I would have learned by now.

Talked with a man who works at Lordstown. He told me today, and I quote: "I do know lordstown is going to build some pilot turbo ss cobalts probably in nov. or early dec"

I'm not trying to start another stupid flame war, just throwing the info out exactly as I got it. I do not doubt the truth of this statement.

Yes I understand and agree. I don't know what kind of docs would be available for something like this. This man works at the plant, on the line, and was just telling me what he was told. I don't know if he has written confirmation or not.

I live about 7 miles from the plant and my brother retired from there. I don't have many contacts there but am trying to get any inside info that I can. I do know that the people who work there often get info in advance, even if it is word-of-mouth. And GM does often build pilot models as preparation before the official announcement of that new model.

I also didn't predict the release, or when. That is when the flaming really starts!!

I just realized that I should post that I would not make something like this up. I don't need the attention or want the controversy. I would never purposely mislead someone, even online.
I am simply reporting some info that was given to me, honestly.

I too hope this works out, I can't wait to get one!

Well there's additional support for this in eSI...
By the way unlike that "other" screenshot a while back, GM's Electronic Service Information is available publically on a daily/monthly/annual basis via: http://acdelcotechconnect.com/html/tss_tech_esi.jsp
