I live in Fredericksburg, but have never tackled a stage 2 install before... I don't have the tool, either, why aren't you taking it to the dealer?

i dont have the money right now. plus its 95 for the reflash. i will survive i guess

Don't know anyone down there that has a pulley tool. You could always hit up an autoparts store and borrow one. Pro-Motion is a shop that might be able to help you.
