In the description it says "kit includes coils" followed by "picture may not represent actual product" . I bet ur just getting springs .

yea im going to agree to that, whens the last time you saw a lowering kit for a cobalt that included torsion bar keys? lol

well since when does ground control make anything for the balt? i was suspecting it was just the shocks at first lol thats why i'm confused lol

Thats not ground control.Its ground force.And yes,ground control makes coil overs for our cars.They will be available at the end of the month.Its listed on there site.There $419.

they are just 1.3 and 1.6" lowering springs
