Port & Polish

Ok....I'm going to Florida next week. I'll be there for 1 month on "vacation"/work
And I was wondering if there was anyone located in FL that knows how to port & polish the SC? I'm looking for someone that "knows" what they're doing and someone with a "good" price preferably close to the Tallahassee area?????

There are a few SS/SC owners in the PC/PCB area but they aren't fanatical about their Cobalts and don't much care to get together. I don't think the local dealer has even installed a stage 1 or 2 kit. Owners of other models of Cobalts/G5s don't get together either -- not much interest here.

I think you'll have to get with the LSJ people in South FL for knowledgable 2.0 people. Tampa/Orlando is about 6.5/8 hrs driving time from the PC area, 5/7 hrs from Tallahassee.

I doubt the 2 local speed/performance shops have even touched a 2.0 head -- they're knowledgable enough on head porting if you should want to check into them.

I started on my calipers today, I'm gonna polish them.

I got them both down to 220 grit. I got all those stampings and imperfections out of them.

There gonna look shweet!
