I was in a left turn intersection and was 80% into the turn almost gone and a 96 grand marquis goin 62mph in a 35zone t-boned my front and threw my car 400ft to the opposite end of the intersection the ENTIRE front bumper is gone hood and engine smashed inwards and jus ruined my body "going thru aftershock, caught the flu and have a sore throat" from the door on back the car is perfect i'll have pics up soon...its a dissaster....

being that the other guy was going double the speed limit, i'd say he's at fault.

shitty situation, at least you're alright though. and i'm assuming you know who did it? my brother had his car totalled after only a month of owning it when someone on an empty highway cut him off, and spun him into the guardrail. the driver never stopped.

 

^^that is what im hoping, but i was just curious, you can never tell with some situations.

 

Hate to say it but he made an illegal turn. It might be a case of both of them being at fault.

I know you will miss the balt, but glad your not hurt. I had the same thing happen to my 89 Beretta GTU back in 99. If you had the right of way (Green, Left Turn signal) then you should win this easy. I hope that's the case.

I loved the GTU's , I wish i would have bought the one i found in decent shape in 94. I just didn't want an automatic .
