Anyone know a GM Tech in Jax?

Well my keyless entry remote went to **** on me so I bought a new one on ebay for like 15 bucks but now come to find out I cant reprogram it myself, I need a GM tech to do it with Tech 2. From what I hear they usually charge people like 55 bucks for it which is ******* ridiculous. So does anyone know a GM Tech that can help me out, Ill throw a couple bucks his way if he can hook me up.

Thanks in advance for the help

Also you can call pop a lock as well (at least from what I have been told by a GM friend), they can do it for like $30. I have a remote I need done as well.
