Best oil filter?

I tried the search tool and it didnt really help any.
whats the best oil filter to use?

the dealerships are very picky about using the factory oil filter, so use other brands with caution

I would use the AC DELCO filter u get form any GM dealership ... becuase with our motors the oil filters are cartridge filters.... no the usall canister...

If u couldnt tell im a Tech at a chevy dealership lol

i just bought the aem dryflow filter...it says no oil require..so does dat mean no oil changes ??..

i just use the best one i can buy at the store, maybe the most expensive pure one, or the fram xtreme protection. i change my oil enough to be like w/e.

If you put the 2 side by side with the same miles on them you can see how much better the AC Delco holds up. I just bought them in bulk from C.E.D. so I would have to hunt them down.

No, they can't - Part of the Magnuson-Moss act that gets mentioned on this forum so often states that they can only stipulate certain parts (ie, OEM) if they provide them for free. Sure, they could TRY to void your warranty, but legally they couldn't.

The fram and AC Delco one is the same filter, if u look at them they are manufactured at the same place. The PureOne from Purolator is the only one made IN AMERICA plus it outperforms the Fram and AC Delco one in SAE tests. That's the best one I can find, and I've done A LOT of research on this.
