View Full Version : Projetors, Eyelids, & Paint blu3_v1p3r 02-13-2008, 12:15 AM The Eye lids on my projectors were painted on and i was wondering what to use to ge the paint off of them. I don't want to use thinner because i don't know if thinner will screw up the lens of the lights, but if there is something that will take the paint off let me know.. I know there is some kind of thinner that will take paint off of plastic, but I don't know what type it is. Never Satisfied 02-13-2008, 07:50 AM Use a orbital buffer..I did this for my tailights to get the nightshades off and it buffed right off. Ive been doing this for years to get the shine back in headlights ect and to restore the look of old headlights...It should do the trick!
