Long story short some ******* backed into me and knocked my taillight out!
Any one know how much this is gunna cost to fix? I'm at school now so I prolly wont be able to respond back cause my fatass micro computer concept teacher thinks its high school!

Um take it to the dealership. if you have a warranty they should fix it.

 

Dont quote me but I'm guessng arounf 80-100 bucks

 

You could go after market.

 

Warranty's cover defective products, not defective drivers

 

warranty isn't going to cover this. It would be insurance... der.... Get the guys insurance if possible... if not you can prolly replace it yourself really easy... all you need is most likely the outer lense. unless of course it only comes as a complete assembly

 

yeah it happened at work. I work at a dealership and no one said a word.
I'm gunna make them pay for it! im so pissed off

 

dude, count your blessings. for somebody backing into you and only taking out the break tail light and thats it ha, be thankful it wasnt worse and that it scratched and dented your car aswell.

but should be an easy fix. depending on ur ins. i would just buy a new one w/o them knowing about it because of the deductible. Unless you guys have camras on the lot and you can find out who did it. then file a hit and run

 

which taillight got knocked out? my passenger side one got knocked out so i ordered the smoked ones off of ebay which means i'll have the others if your interested.

 

That sounds more like someone knocked it out. I just dont see how a vehicle could hit just your taillight and not touch anything else.
