forged internals??

hey does anyone happen to know where the best place to get some forged pistons and connecting rods would be? also im kinda wonderin about what rings i should get, im not wantin to get anymore blow by... ive checked out turbotechracing, they have the piston rings but the connecting rods are for the 2.2 ecotec...

the rods you may have to talk to some direct i believe i don't think anyone sells them out right. Our stock rods are good to 450+ whp

Most keep the stock rods and go with Diamond pistons on the 2.0L

do u think they will be safe even if i run nitrous? i def wanna get diamond pistons tho.. but im not sure exactly what kind of rings they come with.. i think some have a certain gap but i havent seen any vendors with options...

They are designed for the piston size and recommended gap. Diamond sells the pistons and we purchase the rings through them, so they are designed to work together correctly.
