Quick exhaust question

Just wanna make sure that the ZZP header/downpipe combo will work with my corsa touring exhaust. Corsa is 2.5inch i believe so if i go with the 2.5 downpipe it will all bolt up rite?

Both their 3" and 2.5" downpipes will work, as long as you select the 2.5" bolt-in exit.

alright just wanted to make sure. I got the GMPP exhaust manifold with the stock down pipe bolted up to my corsa now which isn't doing much for me i think. so i think swapping out for the ZZP combo will liven things up a little. Thanks guys

What do you guys think, 1 3/4 header or 1 1/2 header? Its only $20 more for the 1 3/4. I made about 270whp with stock exhaust, which should i get?

From everything I've heard, the 1 3/4" primaries are the way to go for us.

does the 1/4 inch really make that much of a difference. i know my GMPP manifold and stock dp are holding the car back, so im just trying to liven things up. its only $20 more for the 1 3/4 over the 1 1/2 so i might as well get the bigger header. Any down sides to the larger header?

i have the zzp combo on, hooked up to the GMPP sport exhuast. I have the 2.5DP and my header has the 1.5 primairies. sounds great and fit perfectly.

edit: forced_induction, what are you mods? you say you made 270WHP, im curious to what your mods are.

Forced,

No it won't bottleneck. Just order the 3" downpipe with a 2.5" connection for your catback Everyone with an LSJ runs a 3" dp on this forum. Going with a 2.5" is a waste and will just rob you of power.

Just imagine how much more power you'd make with the bigger header. The LSJ should NEVER be ordered with less then 1 3/4th

yea, it works fine. but, it's too small and you're not getting as much power as you would with the bigger primaries.
