Porting a blower is the equivalent to porting an intake manifold of a turbocharged engine. You'll be able to make the same power at less boost or more power at same boost. If you add boost, you'll have even greater gains. If I were to guess, I'd say 15-20hp on stock boost setting of 12psi. Add 5 psi and you should see gains of 30-40hp and if you add a 2inch primary runner/3 inch collector header with a 3inch exhaust and a nice CAI you should see peak gains with that blower running at 17psi. Of course, this is with a tune. If this is not satisfying to you, port the head and put Tri-Cams in and you should be WAY over 300whp. Which is enough power to be classified in "ball-busting acceleration".

I'm seeing 21 lbs of boost with my 2.5" pulley. Thats two more than if my blower wasn't ported.

The M62 doesnt have a significant restriction in the outlet path of the blower. Ported or not, you can still only make as much boost as your rotors will support.

you guys realize boost is nothing but restriction?

more may make more power but the same power at less boost is better
