HPTuners; Noticeable Performance Change?
HPTuners; Noticeable Performance Change?
I can tell you that I really know very little about tuning. I'm just wondering which people do it, what their setup is, and if they have any noticeable performance changes from it. Thanks

This is not an opinion. this is fact. A person locally dynoed with and with out tuning with the following setups.
GMS2, 2.8 pulley
GMS2, 2.8 pulley, Snow performance meth injection, HPTUNED.
He went from 260 to just about 290.
lots of advantages with HP TUNERS. you can detune for winter or daily driver to improve gas mileage too. my next purchase (after 245/45r17 tires, 2.8 pulley etc.)

He posted it in the Tuning section, for questions about tuning your car. We made the the tuning section and the advanced performance section, so people could have a place to get real information not answer questions that have been asked 1000 times. Not trying to be a dick, but someone has to be strick about it.

Anything he asked after that would have merited a polite nudge to the tuning forum
