A lot of times when I go to start the car ('06' SS/SC) the key sticks in the locked position. I have tried both sets of keys as well as all of the other tricks I know to get it unlocked. Nothing seems to work other than just continously trying to turn it and eventually it will turn. I am afraid that one of these times it is not going to unlock and it will leave me stranded somewhere. Any one else heard of this happening?

 

You're not alone. To get mine to turn the key had to be tapped in towards the ignition switch while turning the key. You'll need a new ignition assembly to take care of it. Do some research in the forums - there are several posts with this same problem.
