Im going with some people to the Denton Dragway Friday... well i guess that would be tomorrow. If anyone around the area is interested, show up! it starts at 11p and goes till 2a. $10 to race and $5 to watch.

 

Hey I got your text message but I thought you were going Friday night. I thought some guys were going to get together for a Kenedale meet up tonight.

 

Heh, he posted just shortly after midnight on Friday, so instead of it looking like "Friday Night" it looks like he meant Saturday night. Of course it looks like he stayed way past midnight on friday so technically he was there Friday Night/Saturday Morning. Oh damn now I have a headache. Did you get any pics or video taken? What other cars did you run? I still want to see what we can do on a 1/4 track though.

 

So then we are going to kennedale tonight?

 

What are the specifics out there? Price wise, etc? Do they let anyone run or do they have sponsored events? Oh by the way check your VM. I liked the idea of $10 runs out there in Denton, but its quite a little ways for me. I'd like to see what the track in kennedale is like so I'm game. I might go to a sports bar earlier though to catch some NBA games. Let me know what the plan is. Also, has anyone been to Pugsley's Library? Its a sports bar with Billiards and other games. The Wait staff dresses up in School girl outfits (white Buttoned down T-shirts and short plaid skirts) and are very "friendly". Its off of I-35E and Walnut Hill I believe. Let me know what's on tap.

 

Nevermind the track. Denton is Friday night and Kennedale is Friday and Sunday. So plan B?

 

Redline Raceway in Caddo Mills, (about 57 miles east of Arlington) does Sat night races. 1/8 mile track.

 

a bunch... LS Vtech civic hatch, turbo integra, 5.0 stang(very close race), an older integra(non turbo), SPEC V. i lost to the 5.0 and the GT stang, but the others were wins. there were quite a few cars out there. gimme the details on kennedale!!!
