BYT Tuning?
So I've been looking for a tuner in the Northeast, PA region and I came across BYT. I researched his shop and saw he was pretty popular on this website, and I've read that he's really good, but I also read some VERY negative reviews, and about two years ago he got into some trouble. Not going to get into specifics due to it not being my business and I don't want to start any arguments, but has he straightened out, and has anyone gotten a tune from him recently? I live really close to him so it would be an ideal situation but before I going throwing my money around I want to know if he's good like he was before everything happened. Thanks

Yeah I think I read like a page of that thread. Where it took like 10 months to go big turbo and do a head swap?

Lol. Depends who you are then. I run his Tune. I recently got retuned. I have a built motor and turbo swapped lsj. I can turn my car on without a issue. Beat the **** out of it and not 1 hiccup. best part. no check engine light. I'm going back after that for a 30 psi tune but I'm not ready yet. Have parts to install. BYT>all. I think it doesn't help in your case but....I talk to him frequently.

BYT had a lot of personal issues from what I can tell. Coupled with the death of his father, it seemed to be a messy past year for him.
I still follow him on facebook and it seems like he is progressing very well into tuning and building again.
Maybe worth a second chance if you live near him. I have never used him though.
