08 ss e47 upgrades?

So I've been searching around a bit on these forums trying to make a bucket list for black Friday mods. Gonna get a GMPP clutch and e47 tune. My question is seeming how i have an 08 ss with 155,000 miles should i replace fuel injector seals or will that be more of a hassle than just replacing the fuel rail with opel injectors?& should i upgrade the intank fuel pump to an aem e85 seeming how the fuel filter should be changed for ethanol? Is that even necessary? I Just want a reliable functioning e47 tune. Any opinions on this matter are highly appreciated. T.I.A.

Opels, LT1 HPFP not zzp’s hpfp. With Jeffery Nelson’s Reiland LT1 hpfp kit and you’ll be good for straight e85 and up to 500whp.

Edit: I assumed spring float on the LT1 always occurs at 7k rpm. After more research and questions it’s dependent on your horsepower. Stock ko4, e85 with LT1 hpfp, opels would be fine. Going past that find a machine shop that can make a stiffer spring in identical spec. Or just do that from the get go.

^ what he said. Injector seals are cheaper than injectors if you are only gonna run e47. You won't gain much going full e85 on the stock turbo over e47. Change the seals, run e47 and save yourself the money.

Ok cool. Definitely wanna save money. Gonna get the lnf injector kit from crate engine depot. So is the zzp upgraded hpfp necessary? Would it put less stress on the fuel system? Create better drivability with less load? I am running stock turbo & will definitely be tickled with 350whp/385 torque. From what I've read i just need to change seals unless exceeding 400 whp. Thank you for your feed back. I plan on cleaning intake valves while changing seals Thanksgiving weekend

On stock turbo and stock head he shouldn’t be revving past 7k anyhow. The LT1 Hpfp does float but only really starts to do so at 7k RPM(edit: depends on setup refer to earlier comment) If your revving past that go ZZP or upgrade the spring yourself on the LT1. It’s a much nicer feeling to be able to just click e85 on the pump rather than mix gas to do a e47 ratio. Yes you can just do the injector seals which would be cheaper however at that point of time taking out the entire injector rail for a replacement of injector seals you may have wished you bought the opel assembly. However if you buy the opel assembly you must do the HPFP upgrade as the opels on stock hpfp won’t really keep up. Alternatively, you could do injector seals and HPFP upgrade combo. However i’m unsure on the fueling capabilities on that setup.

For e47 and staying stock turbo this would work fine. However at 155k I’d make sure the original injectors are functioning fine though I’d assume they are.
