agreed, while everyone is entitled to their own opinions i will never buy another cobalt again. Sorry if you guys want something that will really run and you like the 4banger scene why don't you get a gxp or sky. At least the major problem is already taken care of rwd. i'm sure it will be cool but i will not fall for this gm cobalt bullshit again sorry. BTW don't mod it gm will say FU when you need warranty work with your performance car that apparently should never be taken to redline.

this is ridiculous how people are going on and on about this turbo balt and its not even out yet. i think its ugly it doesnt look like the ss/sc for some reasons. and those rims on the turbo balt are the ugliest rims i have ever seen.

Going next week to see what i can do about getting on some sort of list for it so I can have one of the first ones. And if i did buy that new cobalt with the almighty "turbo" i would pay gm to not put those ugly as **** rims on my car. God who the hell thought that those looked good. Jesus </Rant>

holy **** this needs to stop. if you want a turbo so bad do urself a favor and buy one for you ss/sc and not only save money by not having to trade your car in... but also have the satisfaction of having alot more power than you would with the lnf

i wonder if the brembo kit on the 2008 lnf cobalt will fit our ss/sc and for how much they will got for...i am really interested in them since i need new ****** brakes for mine!!!

Ya the new Balt **** is dumb. Really they say its suppose to run 14.1. Wow a .3 diff in stock 1/4 mile time vs. ss/sc. its rediculous, just go trade your cars in and get it. ***** funny to me I am sick of all the hipe. Ill roll my ss/sc to the fullest

Best f'ing idea I've heard yet! I feel sorry for the people who trade in their SS/SC and take a huge hit in the wallet to get a car that has 260hp when they could add an aftermarket turbo to their SS/SC and get over 300hp! Even if you do have to upgrade your clutch and axles, it will still be cheaper and it won't be the same turbo Cobalt that everyone else has!

i have a serious question. why would u trade a supercharged cobalt in for a turbocharged? i mean to me im tired of hearing a blow off valve going off every where i go. i love the whine of a supercharger and not every single car out there has a supercharger. i mean ur getting more power out of the turbo but im just saying i hate the blow off valve sound. cant stand it. believe me people turn their heads when they hear the supercharger whine
)It is a bypass valve that doesn't vent to the atmosphere it vents to the intake so you don't really hear it.

I would assume that most people want a little more power, be faster than a S2 ss/sc, and still keep the warranty. Not to mention the car will only be offered for 1.5 years, it will be more rare than the LSJ balt.
