All new parts installed

Well for those of you who have read my other page about the intake and charge piping install...

Thats what i have in the engine bay, now my Hahn DP with Hi flo cat came in, I used the ceramic header paint and painted it black, I know it does not need it I just wanted to.

Sweet piece of metal and about 12lb lighter than stock. I made a Vid of just the open DP just for fun.

Then my Mandrel bent exhaust cat back came in. I ordered the 3" aluminized one with a borla muffler.

everything went in well I only had to bent the hangers a little to get that perfect fit. Here's what it sound like...

Hope all the links work!

Did you clamp it or weld it?

clamped for now to decide if i like it. i will be welding it if the resinator fixes the loudness. Don't get me wrong it sounds good when your on it, but it is super loud for me.

Just add a resonator like everyone said that'll quiet it down for sure. You could also replace the borla muffler with a dynomax superturbo 3 inch muffler.

Are you having any problems with your intake? Any surging issues, or MAF issues? Just curious because that's the intake I'm thinking about.

Swap the clamps for tbolt clamps. Worm drive is asking for problems.

Ive had Dejon's SRI for 8+ months with ZERO problems.

Im considering their charge piping now, but I dont like how it has a steel bottleneck piece at the turbo end.

To the OP, hard to tell on the sound. Can you get any driving videos? From the exterior of course.

it's off now waiting on a new welder to come in the i'm ordering a resinator. I have had zero problems with the Dejon equipment. It fit perfict and the only thing i had to do it glue the sleeve on the intake. I had to fix the MAF with my HP tuners stuff the fuel trims were way off, but it was driving fine. i will post the new vid when the resinator is installed. The steel pipe from the turbo is not a bottle neck, it's the same size as the turbo outlet after the bend it opens.
