eh i never trust bringing my car to the dealer, or anywhere for that matter. unless i absolutely cannot fix what is broken, ill bring it to a mechanic down the street who i know wont mess around with anything in my car.
i always have crappy experience when other people have to drive my car for any reason, whether it be at the dealer or otherwise. even when i got my sticker the clown who inspected my car decided it was important to pull my e-brake up as far as god damn possible when he parked the car.
i dont even use the e-brake anymore when parking, just leave my car in first gear, much more reliable that your car wont go rolling. plus when i had my 06 ss/sc, my e-brake cables started to pull out of the rotors from overuse and i wasnt even pulling it up that hard. so parking it in first turned out to the best option.

I know I am going to get ripped for this, but I actually go to Walmart for my oil changes... I know I know, but before your heads explode keep reading...
First, I go to the parts store and get a good oil filter and bring it with me... Then, they have the cheapest Mobil 1 I can find. I buy the jugs from inside the store and hand them to the exact person doing my oil change, along with the oil filter. Third, I drive the car into the bay and park it, get out, and I stand in the alley they have marked off for customers to go in and out of the store. When they are done, they pull it right outside the bay and I go and get the keys from them. At this time, my car has not left my sight or possession once. The charge for the labor for this??? A whole $7. It's worth it for me to not have to mess with it myself. Before I start the car and leave I: 1) Check the oil level 2) Make sure my left over oil is double bagged an in the trunk. 3) Check the filter is on right, and its my filter. And 3) Check the oil level.

I was in purchasing my turbo balt last Friday and i was standing talking to the sales manager and one of his salesman was talking to a couple about the 4 door cobalt's and how they are supercharged!
That wouldn't really be a problem had i not told them multiple times "it's a 2007 SS Supercharged"<--those were the exact words outta my mouth. It's their job to know the products that the company they work for offers, and seeing as how they are the SERVICE ppl, they should have known. I could see your point if I hadn't told them exactly what my car was, but I did.
