back fire?

so i got a CEL a week ago and i got it tested and it was P2187 for a O2 sensor, but justin said my charge pipes were leaking some where which is whyim only getting 5lbs of pressure all of a sudden. so i took them completely off made sure each one was tight and put them back. had the CEL cleared and it ran a little better but not quite. now i get like a backfire when going from 2nd to 3rd and the car is running in limp mode. also when i hit the gas it feels bogged down like it doesnt wana go, from 1st to 2nd it like gas, no gas, gas, no gas..then all of a sudden it like shoots really hard for a few mins. then 3rd gear and backfire. i know i dont have boost leaks and ive checked for torn couplers.....any ideas?

You don't know you don't have any boost leaks til you test it with a tester. Also clean your maf sensor.
