Barometric sensor location?

All,

I'm getting code dtc p2227 barometric sensor circuit range/performance and I'm in permanent limp mode. I cannot find it in the engine bay and googled for it's location but I can't find anything. Managed to find the part #12615136.

Where is the sensor located?

Thanks

Do you have the part # for the LNF? Do you know where it's located?

Thanks

I think it's built into the ECM. It compares the value on the ECM to the values in the top MAP sensor and lower TMAP.

See this thread for more info:

^ What he said. The barometric pressure sensor is built in to the ECM on the LNF cars.

Why? No idea but its kinda retarted.

Engine popped and dealership replaced piston#4, head and turbo. I had the gms1 sensors and all was well until after the rebuild.
