I think that your Mechanic left something unhooked. Just a guess though. Check your ABS sensors... should be right behind the front rotors. He might have unplugged them and forgotten to plug them back in. Don't know why that would limit you to 0psi though. Have you done a proper break-in on it? That won't have an effect on how much boost you hit, I'm just making sure you aren't on mile 5 trying to boost on this new clutch.

A long shot, but before you start to get into things, check the brake fluid level.

I do not believe that would affect anything in the manner that he is speaking of. IIRC, there is no sensor in the MC to detect Brake/Clutch Fluid level. The ABS is a sensor in the Hub. I highly doubt that the Hubs/Wheel Bearings are bad now, which is usually what would throw the ABS Sensor/Light. Just my thoughts on it.

I'm not sure how the Traction Control works though, as I don't have that on my car, nor do I have experience with it on Cobalts.

I'm betting that a sensor is disconnected though.

thanks for helping me it must have been a connector for the abs that was causing everything except the boost was from a pipe that he did not put back properly
