There are pics in this thread and descriptions but I can take one if you want and post it later. Im considering changing the setup to run the BOV straight off VAC and not off the bypass controller but cant figure out a way to get the BOV to fall in line when I do that. It runs really bad. I guess Im not adjusting the BOV in the right direction or something.
I think the very first post in this thread should be modified with the pics instead of searching through 80 something pages to locate them. I haven't done my swap yet because I'm dealing with a timing issue still...but if someone who is about to do the swap could do like a how to on it, that would be friggen awesome...

You are right. I will talk to Stamina about updating this thread to reflect the important stuff in the first post.

Agreed. Most of this thread is just people arguing about stock turbo vs bnr.

Yea that sucks. I kinda wish there was like a like "BNR 2871 Info" thread or something that just gave like help, had pics, dyno graphs and just anything and eveyrthing that could help people with this turbo. No debating on which turbo is better and why...people can start their own thread for that garbage...

Nice. Ill suggest it to Stamina and see if we can consolidate the thread since it seems to be that ppl are buying it and need something more than this thread. Its original purpose was to talk about the possibility of this coming out. Now its shifted to purchasing, installing and tuning this setup.

Hi,

If you all need some instructions, I have some that DDMWORKS supplied me with for my GT2871r kit for my Sky. I understand that its a whole other car, but the important points like Oil lines, turbo bolt sizes etc. This PDF has pictures and all. The only difference are the charge pipes which that is something easy to figure out. Just shoot me a PM with your email and I'll forward the PDF. I would post it in here but not sure how to post a PDF.

Either buy a diff charge pipe to fit a bov or just get a flange welded on. And the easiest and cheapest thing to do is to tap your intake after the MAF and recirculate the bov. Easier to tune and much cheaper.

All u need is a bung and a shop to do it. Should take a few minutes. Then run a hose from your bov to oat and done. No more annoying rich spikes.

Yup, I know, just havent had the time to get it done, plus enjoying the VTA sound LOL

Need to get the hole drilled and the bung welded on. Im pretty sure its a 1" hose that goes on mine. Gotta double check.

Okay guys, I'm gonna do this I think. Either that or get another K04+

I am thinking of getting ZZP's upper CP with their cheap BOV, how do I recirculate that?

Also there's a vacuum line that goes to my Forge BPV, If I go HKS BOV with Dejon Upper pipe, can I just use that Vacuum line to connect to the end of the HKS to be a recirc?

As soon as I get these answers I'm going to place an order.

I wouldn't really waste your time with a K04+ Its really not worth that much power wise.....
