will these fit a 2010 cobalt ss/tc?

They should.... the calipers didnt change at all throughout all 3 years, so I would say they are the same. You can also email them and they can double verify for you.

For some reason it seems like companies never have 2010 listed I usually have to look up 08-09 it all the same
