Cobalt rear bumper cover differences?

I had the elderly neighbor lady slide across me backing in last winter. I've have mixed results with spray on touch up paint, so I am considering just changing out my rear bumper cover as there is a red Cobalt being parted out near me that has a seemingly good rear cover. Can I use a base model cover and add on my skirting ground effects? ( stock turbo SS ). I see its two pieces and looks doable, just wondering if the ground effects is the only difference

The SS bumpers come with precut slits for the skirt to slip into. If you buy a base model bumper you sill have to cut the slits yourself.

You could also just get the bumper repainted. I know of a few places around me that do it for 100-150 dollars
