cobalt ss tc vs 6.0 gto

Hey guys I just bought a 09 ss tc it came with aftermarket charge pipe and Hahn 3" exhaust and as far as I can tell that's all but I'm pushing 18+ psi so I think it might be tuned also but I have no clue. Last night I pulled up on a 6.0 gto going 50 (I'm in 5th and I have 4 ppl total in the car). He looks over and motions to punch it, he guns it and I throw it in 3rd and floor it. He got a little head start but I quickly got to him and started walkin on him I shift to 4th and still walkin on him but once we hit 5th he started gaining and his nose got a few feet in front of mine and we hit 130 and both slowed down. I had no idea I would have done that well even if I was the only one in the car. Anyone else that has a stock ss tc race a 6.0 stock? If so what was the outcome? Just trying to get a comparison so I can try and find out if the car is tuned or not. Without spending money that is lol

You are most likely tuned. Those things breathe pretty well up top and if you did that well with four people, you have to be tuned.

I know it's been higher than 18, I only checked once when I was already in 3rd going 40. Just hit it for a few seconds and saw that it made it to 18 when I braked. So I'm sure I wasn't at my peak.

I actually own a 06 gto n a 09 ss/tc bone stock to bone stock i'd have to say the gto feels faster but run close to the same 1/4 mile et's but with less mods the gto can go quicker than the SS. So I and leaving the SS close to stock for mpg/reliability reasons plus its my DD, and the GTO is close to 530chp so its a weekend warrior n Im glad to meet my new Cobalt family
