Dealer hype or could this be true?

Ok so I have my car Bac are the fuel pumps in yes are the lines new yes is the issue fixed.... Lol hell no, so now dealer is telling me that it's either my ECM or my cam lobe. Not sure how I would flatten a cam an I just started driving my car after siting for 10 months and my ECM is new from my last warranty issue. I was talking with C miller and I'm going to try flashing my ECM again, then I'm going to install my Zzp cam with the bigger fuel lobe so I know for sure the hpfp is being used, even the fuel rail pressure sensor is new, my stock tune has been on my car since before I deployed.

they should be able to tell if the cam lobe is flattened by taking out the hpfp and LOOKING at the cam lobe... if its like a vw fsi engine that is
