Superior Chevrolet, Merriam, KS - $200 labor Clueless

EDIT: Ending up jacking it up on me to 200 last minute(original claim 175). Didn't know what they were doing, told me I had the wrong part. I had to call Tom at CED to straighten things out. They were unwilling to do research.

Would it be smart to get a few upgrades (cool ram intake, charge air piping, catless down pipe) before getting the GMS1? Basically i want to know if this will help make the tune be better or if it really doesnt matter.

Any suggestions?.....Thanks

It would also help if people only posted about dealerships that have done the install and given the SS/TC owner little or no hassle. No questions about pricing if it's not posted, just PM the person that went to the dealership if you're really curious.

Good point Baron, I'll organize them once I get off work this evening.

Applewood Chev. Mississauga, Canada.
The kit can not be installed on a weekend because the Tech Assistant line is not open to get the calibration authorized for download.

Pine Belt Chevrolet in Eatontown, NJ. Ask for John. He's the V division / SS technician. My car was the guinea pig! Also, take advantage of the crateenginedepot discount while it lasts!

Just got off the phone with them, about 210 for install and that was quoted high just to be on the safe side.

Jeff Barnes Chevrolet in Eldersburg, MD. Total cost including tax was $249.95. Not the cheapest but by far the best service I have ever received. Chris the service writer is great! The dealership has done a lot of the upgrade kits and they have no problem with you bringing in your own parts. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
