2009 cobalt SS T/C
I noticed a few days ago when starting to acclerate with the boost still in the (vacuum) negative 3 or 4 range i start to hear the turbo whistling like it would if i was in the boost (positive range). Also instead of the boost going up to about 22 PSI its only getting to about 16 PSI.
