Bro - someone on Craigslist (Detroit area) has a whole set I think for $350. Check it out.

Tirerack has them in stock.... If you live in the DC metro area I could get them for you for about 191.00 each, that price still sucks but its what I get them for....

I know, but I spent $600 on a wheel and tire warranty and I will be damned if I pay anything more out of pocket...

I got the last one in Canada..... I am not joking. My sidewall had a small bump on it and and they dealership had to ship it back to continental. They made special mention to the dealership that they were lucky to get it, as it is literally the last one on the rack before they go into back order...

Why did you need another conti? what happened?

What issue did it cause? I am just curious.

x2 i just had to get new tires they were worn down almost to wear bars. i only have 18000 and i never spin my tires. they also suck badly in the snow. i just got 4 dunlop sp sport signatures which are rated awesome in all weather conditions. they also have a 60000 tread life warranty. got them for 106 each. the tires handle awesome and hardly any tire noise. i highly recommend them if any1 needs tires.

The car was a bit squirmy and pulled to one side or the other. Just didn't seem stable.

I just get Kumho tires, people knock them for wearing out quick, but I usually get 20-25,000 out of them, and considering you can buy 2 sets for the price of one set of stockers, its well worth it, the stockers are going to last 40,000 AT BEST, usually around 35,000.. and that was on my gtp grand prix with me drag racing quite a bit, which I DON'T do in the Cobalt anymore(I mean maybe a quick race from a roll on the highway or a light to light race, but no track runs or orchestrated street races)... So I can probably get a lot more out of them now
