Do urethane bushings make noise?
I'm tired of my sway bar bushings making squeaking/creaking noises in the winter so I'm thinking of picking up some urethane bushings to replace them. I know for sure it's the bushings because the dealer replaced them, they were dead quiet, then started to act up after a few thousand kms.
First off, am I going to run into the same problem with aftermarket urethane bushings?
Does anyone know a vendor you can buy them from? I've seen them for the SS/SC, but isn't our sway bar thicker than the SS/SC, or not at the end links?

Well that sucks. I'm trying to find a solution to this. I haven't heard any successful solution except to change over to the stock cobalt (LS/LT) bushings, but I don't want to compromise handling, or even be changing them every spring/fall.

Prothane makes front sway bar bushings. i think they're like 23 or 25 mm. if you wanted to spend a little extra money, just by the Eibach front and rear sway bar set and they come with new poly bushings.
