downpipe install

are the gaskets in the stock downpipe reuseable on the new downpipe or do i need new gaskets

where would i find those??? all the parts store say they show nothing the chevy dealer says he dont understand what im askng lol

I used my old ones.. As long as they are not broke and rotted away you will be fine

pretty sure autozone should have them. say gasket for the exhaust they should be able to find it haha.

I replaced mine with new ones since Badmab Supplied them, but the old ones looked fine to me.

Chances are your old ones will be fine, I used my old ones because when i went to dealership both new gaskets are ~$100

i just did mine, used the old ones. I have the gm part numbers some where, get them from crate engine or gmpartsdirect, just give them the last 8 of the vin and tell them you are looking for the front pipe to cat, and the cat to mid pipe gaskets. i think it's about $30 us total, no dealership stocks them really
