Driver seat pushing against door.

Hey everyone just bought a 2010 SS the other day and loving it. The only problem in it is that the side of the driver seat presses against the door. Is this normal? If not, how would i fix it? The passenger side does not do this. Thanks.

It shouldn't do that, maybe the seat isn't positioned correctly wjere it bolts down to the car or the backrest is bend

Yeah i think the seat back is bent. Maybe a chubby previous owner? The back on the passenger seat feels much "tighter".

The wire frame can be pushed out. If you grab the seat and squeeze the bolsters in, they should move.

What ItalianJoe1 said. if the part thats contacting the door is the side bolster (part that cups your butt), a fat guy probably flattened them out. pull them inward. The side should be like 80 degrees perpendicular to the flat part of the seat.
