Excessive oil leak... Demod or take it in?

I really dont want to have to take everything off, mainly the IC for this stupid oil leak. But its pretty bad coming out of the driver side of the motor right above the trans.. Think it'll be ok to take it in with the mods?

BTW 4th oil leak on this bitch already. And only 12k miles.

I word at a dealership and gm said a cat back and cold air intake is fine. Just no charge pipes. But some dealers are diff then others I would say demod it and play dumb

Well it has stock charge pipes, so outside K&N they likely wont know WTF they are working with.
