I've had the G8 for two year now and although I love the car,but I am concerned about expensive mechanical issues and maintenance parts that are not in stock as the mileage creep up and Iam also getting that itch for something different. I am looking for a real sleeper to play wiith. What do guys think, is the ss a good fun daily driver sleeper and any issues for daily driving. Thanks.
I have a friend with the sedan. It is the only SS that (I think) doesnt make any noises, rattles and squeeks

My coupe is rattle and squeek free with 30K miles on the clock...... I always hear people complain about rattles in these cars and guess i must be one of the lucky ones.

Keep the G8 gt my friend has one and has gone 12.7@111 with headers exhaust intake tune. My cobalt has a air leak the dealer cant find they replaced the turbo belt and had it over 30 days and gm told me im **** out of luck now. the g8 is a far better built car.

I never would have made that move. G8 is better than the Cobalt in every way.
