Hi All, new to forum. I am seriously thinking of trading in my 2008 g8 gt for payoff ($19,000) with 40,000 miles and purchasing a 2009 ss turbo sedan with only 3,000 miles for $18,000. I've had the G8 for two year now and although I love the car,but I am concerned about expensive mechanical issues and maintenance parts that are not in stock as the mileage creep up and Iam also getting that itch for something different. I am looking for a real sleeper to play wiith. What do guys think, is the ss a good fun daily driver sleeper and any issues for daily driving. Thanks.

Keep the G8 gt my friend has one and has gone 12.7@111 with headers exhaust intake tune. My cobalt has a air leak the dealer cant find they replaced the turbo belt and had it over 30 days and gm told me im **** out of luck now. the g8 is a far better built car.

Congrads on your tc...if you not planning to get heavy into modding(like I said but boy was I wrong) at minimum go GMS1. Its the way the car should have came stock
