Car starts and idles as it should. I take off and when I shift to 2nd gear and step on the gas if I get even the slightest boost the car shakes and stutters and my aeroforce gauge shows misfires. The CEL will flash and then go off when I let off. The misfires all show on cylinder 1. It has the stock engine programming nothings changed. Only mod is the ZZP charge pipe and intercooler.

Heres what I have checked
1. I swapped coils and plugs no change
2. Checked all connections on charge pipes they are tight with no movement
3. Checked Compression 1-161 , 2-159, 3-156, 4-151
4. Plugs are gapped at .32 and are stock plugs and are new old plugs do same thing
5. CEL is misfire code p0301 and p0300

Any Ideas or anyone else had this Issue?????

 

Well, you've checked everything we usually tell everyone to check, so I'm in to see the resolution.

Are you tuned? For the mods on the car?

 

Well the p0300 is random misfire iirc, did you swap cylinder 1 coil pack for cylinder 2 coil pack? Or progress them all forward 1, so 1 to 2, 2 to 3 and so on? A leak down test will give you more information than a simple compression test. Also how many miles on the car and how long have you had the zzp parts on? (Miles and time)

 

Dealer said MAF sensor was bad and said they checked all coils and plugs. Seems to be working now. Took the car back in a week later to have the valves top engine cleaning done. Car runs good and boost fine even with stage1 tuning and sensors in. Just have some off throttle misfires.
