How to get endcap off the high-rise wing?

Anyone know how to get the endcap off the highrise wing without chipping the paint or breaking something? My wing is coming loose as you can see by the photo, and I need to take the cap off to see what's up. Thanks.

Here's the driver's side, which isn't coming apart:

you have to take off the center of the endcap on the outside of both sides. they are held in by double sided tape, then there should be two screws on both sides that need to be removed. pretty simple and should only take 10 minutes

Mine is doing the same thing. I'm thinking of buying a carbon fiber center blade for it if mine is messed up.

I started prying on it, but I was afraid I was gonna scratch the paint or break something, so I gave up. I guess I'll have to go to the dealer. Blech.
